Peli Peli restaurant is Chef Paul’s 58th restaurant and is the only South African restaurant concept in Texas. Chef Paul has published his second cookbook in his popular “From a Jew to the Stew” book series and is working on his 3rd cookbook in the series. Chef Paul is a recurring motivational speaker for national food distributors and has been featured in several cooking features and competitions on local television. Chef Paul was also one of sixty (60) Houston Chefs recently listed in the book, “Best Chefs America”.
